We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website/shop. All returned
products must be in the exact condition as they were bought in in order to be eligible for a refund.
However, this does not affect your statutory Right.


We invite all our customers to READ the products conditions in more details below, which will
explain the conditions that applies to different products, while following the correct procedures.


If you are unhappy with the product/s that you have purchased from us, please do not hesitate to
get in touch with us. Our returns and Refund policy offers 30 days to all customers to return or
exchange any items with valid receipt items (excluding Jewellery and Lingeries) due to hygienic
reasons.

All our customers are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase.
After the 30 days period, unfortunately we can not offer customers refund/exchange. We do
encourage all our customers to try the product in the first 7 days after their purchase to ensure it
meets their needs thereby allowing our customers enough time to return/exchange if it’s not suited.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, all products must be packed in their original packaging,
unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, and bonus items. If the products are
returned in unopened and in their original packaging, the customer will be offered an exchange or
refund based on the original methods of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the
original shipping costs invoiced).

REFUNDS IF APPLICABLE


Once your returned items has been received and inspected, your account will be automatically
applied to your credit/debit card or original payment methods within 14 calendar days. If you have
paid or the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of the standard delivery will also be refunded.

Please note, in some cases only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):
 Products with signs of use
 Product that are not returned in their original packaging and conditions, is damaged or
missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, and
 Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank
account or credit card company as in some cases it may take some time for the refund to be show
on your statement due to the processing time. If after 14 calendar days you have yet to receive the
